scratchoddstexas is an informational website built around public lottery data, educational modeling, retailer lookup tools, and paper simulations. It does not sell tickets, process payments, award prizes, or ask users to create accounts.

Information we handle

The public pages may process search inputs such as ZIP codes, selected games, budgets, simulator settings, and wording preferences so the website can respond to the action you chose.

The website stores a small local browser preference after the age gate is accepted and may store a local wording-mode preference. These preferences stay in your browser.

If rewarded simulations are enabled, the browser stores only the start of the current allowance window and counts of free or unlocked simulation runs. This state expires after 24 hours and does not contain ZIP codes, selected games, budgets, or simulation results.

Simulation runs are ephemeral. The site returns the result to your browser and does not save a simulation history for users to view later.

Advertising and cookies

If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors and advertising partners, including Google, may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, local storage, or similar identifiers to serve, limit, secure, and measure ads.
